Richard is the Founder and CEO of Imparta, which he created in 1997 after seven years at McKinsey & Co. Having grown Imparta to be a world-leading sales and service training company, Richard remains closely involved in sales research and learning design, as well as taking overall responsibility for the direction of the business. Richard holds an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
